This program is an 8-week bootcamp, consisting of: > Two-45 minute small group training sessions. > Personalised 8-week meal plan planned by a qualified nutritionist > Fortnightly progress checks including measurements and weigh-ins This program is for anyone struggling with their weight-loss goals regardless of your fitness level. You will be working along side like-minded women who will help keep you motivated towards your goals. Our trainer will also adjust any exercises you need and adjust the meal plan to any dietary requirements.
