Get ready to experience an exciting, educational, fun, diverse and successful bootcamp! Our Empower bootcamp is designed to transform your body, your fitness and your mind. Empoweris for anyone wanting to improve their fitness, improve their measurements, drop some kilos, learn new exercises and techniques and workout in a fun and supportive environment.
Empower is a 6-week bootcamp, consisting of: *Two-45 minute, trainer-led small group training sessions weekly *Initial, progress and final measurements and fitness tests *Guided weekly exercise plans *Meal and nutrition guidance including vital nutrition information and meal ideas *Weekly focuses, motivation and guidance led by your trainer
The group training sessions will occur on Mondays and Fridays from 6:30 am - 7:15 am during each respective 6 week series
Registration opens 2 weeks prior to the start of each series. Space is strictly limited, be sure to register quickly!

The Empower bootcamp is available to both members and non-members.
