Personal Consultation: Your initial personal consultation will consist of two parts.
Wellbeing Consultation: You'll team up with one of our personal trainers who will discuss your goals and needs along with measurements, body fat % and weigh ins if you choose
Equipment Induction: Our personal trainer will then take you through our initial cardio and weight program to help get you started on a plan as well as familiarise yourself with the equipment in the gym.
6 Week Ongoing-Progress Checks For each 6 week cycle in your first 18 weeks in the gym, we will check in with you to re-measure, re-evaluate, and re-establish goals. You will also be given a progressive weight and cardio program to keep you on track, improve your strength and fitness as well as utilise all of the equipment that's offered in the gym.
Additionally, after your initial 18 weeks, we continue offering 6 week progress-checks for the remainder of your membership.
