We offer personalised Meal Plans designed with a variety of foods that will give you the nutrients you need to achieve your goals, improve your health, feel good, and have heaps of energy. You will learn how to eat well without feeling confused and overwhelmed!
Initial Consultation Prior to your first meeting with our Nutritionist, you will have received a Nutrition Questionnaire to be completed. You will discuss the completed questionnaire, and talk about your nutritional habits so our nutritionist will get a better idea of your current lifestyle choices. Additionally, will also have your initial weigh in and measurements done on this day.
Within 24 hours you will receive your 4-week, personalised nutrition program that suits your food preferences and lifestyle. With your meal plan, you will receive a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Fortnightly Consultations After your initial consultation, you will meet with your nutritionist fortnightly for measurements. Additionally, you will discuss how your plan is going, decide any tweaks and changes that may be necessary and then receive your new modified plan.
