We've created our online gym to keep us all connected, motivated and healthy, both physically and mentally, during this unique time that we've found ourselves in. Upon joining, you will receive our Online Gym booklet with guidance on creating a routine, meal prep and even a meal plan with recipes! You will also receive exclusive access to our members-only Facebook page where we share tips and motivation and where you can connect with our community. In addition, you can join in on our daily LIVE classes and have an interactive experience working out alongside your fellow members. Our classes are led by either Carla, Carolyn or Dani, so it's just like you're in the actual gym! Lastly, we will send out weekly at-home workouts that you can do on your own, with your flatmates, or with your family.
